The scandalous incident involving a foreigner occurred April 16 at the store, Beta Stores in Bishkek. Gunes Yilmaz, who worked there technologist, beat saleswoman, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan Cholpon Oruzbaevu. The victim later told that the Turks harassing her with obscene proposals. On that day, as reported, he shouted at the shop assistant because she refused to sell expired goods, and then severely beaten.
The victim was hospitalized with internal injuries and internal bleeding. The abuser was arrested but soon released him under house arrest (after leaving Kyrgyzstan, it is therefore assigned to him violated the preventive punishment).
