In Kyrgyzstan, the initiative group, proposed to hold a referendum on changing the constitution, rejected his idea. It is reported by news agency 24.kg referring to the Central Election Commission of the Republic.
The group withdrew the request for a plebiscite, submitted to the CEC. What is the reason this decision is not specified.
That sort of initiative group in favor of yet another change in the constitution of Kyrgyzstan, became known in mid-August. In the Central Election Commission registered it, recalling that for bringing the matter for public discussion is necessary to collect 300,000 signatures.
