From Moscow to Bishkek extradited a T.Mamatov, which runs on the case of a package with the parts of the human body, delivered by a few years ago one of Kyrgyz politicians. It is reported by AKI.
The package in question, at the beginning of January 2008 had been tossed into the house of the then head of the presidential administration Medet Sadyrkulov. Inside were severed finger and ear. The press then discussed the theory that premise was a kind of official warning from his detractors.
